“It goes with out saying that if I have need of replacement windows and doors, there’s only one company I’d entertain and that of course, is yours.

As we go past our quarter century in business, things have started to wear out and break. One of these little niggles has occurred in the snapping of the spring that is supposed to stop our letter box from flapping when we get a strong wind. A clanging letter flap makes life very uncomfortable when trying to sell our services to a discerning wedding couple.

It would appear that our letterbox is now non-standard and your replacement part would not fit. Did this faze your employee, not a bit of it, he spent a good hour filling the metal until it fitted perfectly.

All the while your installer worked on a dust sheet, which he provided, and then went to his van to get a vacuum cleaner to finish off, not that I could see any debris, because he was, the height of tidiness and cleanliness.

Not only is your product good but your team are also a credit to you, and you should be proud of them. They make fine ambassadors for your company”.
